I joined the Body & Brain Yoga classes about 6 weeks ago and I am so glad I did. The classes not only work on your physical body, but also your mental and emotional condition. I already noticed better flexibility and balance from the classes. I am experiencing more control over my emotions and thoughts, and less stress and anxiety in my life. The atmosphere during the classes is always positive, inspiring, and fun. I have previously joined many gyms and group classes and find that the Body & Brain classes provides optimal health for my body, mind, and spirit. I enthusiastically look forward to going to class!
I have been practicing at the Marietta Center for 9 months now. Admittedly, I was super overwhelmed the first time I met Master O, because you just don't meet people with her energy very often haha. However, I feel so grateful for her guidance. Master O is nothing less than spectacular. I struggled a lot at first to practice because it was unlike anything I had ever done or seen. Starting this practice was undoubtedly the best decision I have made for myself. I struggled with my mental, emotional, and physical health for years. Before trying Body and Brain, I tried many different medications, therapies, and herbal supplements but nothing worked for me. I recommend this practice to anyone who is soul searching, wants true healing, and wants to uncover deeper meaning and purpose in their life.
I recently started to attend classes at Body and Brain to add a different type of practice to my routine. The instructor is warm and welcoming. She is also caring and interested in your well being and progress. If you’re looking for a lively class, you will enjoy this studio. Not a typical yoga class, but a mixture of Qigong, Tai Chi, stretching, and rhythmic movement to help increase health, vitality, and well being.
I am so grateful to be able to take classes at the Body & Brain Center. Last year I had a debilitating condition that made me physically handicapped. I am more mobil now thanks to the gentle body movements that are taught at the center. I am almost back to normal. I need to stretch and move everyday to keep my recovery moving forward. The classes motivate me and help me to move even if I am in pain. After a class, I am so happy because my body has energy. The instructors are always bright and cheerful. They are good examples of how the body was created to function. I would be lost in despair if I did not have Body & Brain Yoga. Thank you to all who make this experience possible.
I have been with Body and Brain for close to two months. I have already noticed improvement in my sleep, spirit and energy level. Master O is an excellent teacher and extremely dedicated to her class. I feel very blessed to have found this unique and special program.
